Can we keep the idea we arrive with?+
Possibly—but it is not automatically approved. Mentors will challenge the problem, users and proposed solution. Your team may need to refine, pivot or replace the idea before locking it.
What is due on Day 1?+
Your locked idea, completed idea sheet and a short explainer video covering the problem, solution and planned Google technology integration.
Can we stay at the venue overnight?+
No. Every participant must leave Ashritech by 7:30 PM on Saturday. Continue building from home overnight, submit by 8:30 AM, and join Ashritech again by 10:00 AM on Sunday.
When is the final deadline?+
The complete final solution must be submitted by 8:30 AM on Sunday. Late submissions should not be expected to enter review.
Does the repository have to be public?+
Yes. Reviewers will inspect the public commit history to verify that the submitted work was completed during the official two-day window.
Is Google technology required?+
Yes. Google technology must be integrated into the final solution. Meaningful use of Google Cloud Run and Antigravity receives special points.
How do pitches work?+
Ideally, up to 10 teams will be selected. Each selected team gets five minutes: two minutes to pitch and three minutes for questions.
